Jamil is a team leader working in our permanent social work division. He works with qualified social workers in the Midlands, Yorkshire, North of England and South of England.

Background Story

Prior to entering the world of recruitment at Charles Hunter Associates, I worked in an agency, bar/waiting events in a management position. The role involved securing event shifts, recruiting ad hoc staff and booking them into shifts. I left in search of a commission based Mon-Fri position and have never looked back!

Biggest Achievement

I occasionally do pieces of community work/fan content pieces with Chelsea FC and I was one of their “Community Champions” for 2023. This means a lot as I grew up nearby and I am a big fan so any time I get involved with content, it means the world.

Why Charles Hunter Associates?

When I walked into the office for my second interview, there was such a nice relaxed feel and a bit of banter flying across the office that convinced me that this was the right environment for me. Further to this, everyone I met was very driven and I liked the plans in place a the time. Many years on and the culture has grown into something special!
