Background Story
Throughout my employment I have worked and gained invaluable experience from: the customer service, sales, hospitality and social care industries. My most recent role was a home-based role in network marketing that I worked around being a new parent, which also gave me numerous transferable skills to launch me into an exciting new career in recruitment at Charles Hunter Associates.
Biggest Achievement
My lovely son will always be my biggest achievement and my biggest motivator to achieve at Charles Hunter. I have won competitions, been consultant of the month, been on Lunch Club, beat company records and I have him to thank for it!
It’s also always an achievement to be trusted to work with somebody and place them in a role that is right for them.
Why Charles Hunter Associates?
The social care sector is close to my heart and something I have worked in and experienced first-hand. It feels good to help staff in this essential but sometimes undervalued sector.
I first joined Charles Hunter Associates in 2021 for various reasons, and at the time, we had just relocated to a brand-new office. Since then I have seen the company, and our divisions grow significantly. The training and support were an important factor for me from the start and are a big reason why I have worked here for 3 years. The atmosphere is positive and I feel valued as a human being and not just a number. My potential has been nurtured and good work has been rewarded. I have never had another job where I have been on so many incentives and experiences.
