Background Story

I started my career after leaving school at the age of 18, joining the world of IT. Since leaving school, IT was a true passion for me and I moved into my first role doing an apprenticeship, I was exposed to the sales side and absolutely loved it. Moving on from this I moved into Hospitality and then a close of friend of mine twisted my arm into going into Recruitment. It was the best career move I ever made and I haven’t looked back since. Having done IT Recruitment, I really wanted to expand my horizons and work within different markets and couldn’t think of anything more rewarding than the care sector, putting me where I am today.

Biggest Achievement

I have won a National Gold Medal in Rowing and also had GB Trials.

Within 15 months of being within Charles Hunter Associates, I had been promoted to Senior and then Principal.
