Rebecca is our payroll and accounts manager.
Background Story
Since leaving University in 2016 I have worked primarily in recruitment. Up until then, my main work experience had been within the service industry. Straight after Uni I found myself falling into a career in recruitment, my previous work experience within customer service taught me a lot of transferable skills for the recruitment world. I started my journey in recruitment as a resourcer then developed into a consultant. I have since pivoted towards payroll and finance and worked my way up to Payroll & Accounts Manager in September 2022.
Biggest Achievement
During the pandemic, I managed to save and relocate to another part of the country. For personal reasons, this move was quite significant for me. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I've ever made. CHA allowed me to continue working for them, even after relocating to the other end of the UK. A decision I will always be grateful for.
Why Charles Hunter Associates?
Charles Hunter Associates has given me a chance to progress into a different area of the company that I didn’t have any previous experience in. As much as I loved the recruitment side, I always felt like it wasn’t going to be my “forever” career. I’m extremely methodical and organised so the transition into payroll felt like a much better profession for me. CHA has given me the chance to broaden my skillset by allowing me to develop into a role much better suited to me.
