Job description

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team.

Must have a Social Work Degree with 1 year post ASYE experience

About you

You will be required to carry out the necessary legislation assessments involved within Adult Social Care. You will have a Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.

About the team

This team work with adults that have Learning Disabilities 18 +, this team supports those by promoting independence within the individuals life. This team will work with complex cases, carrying out assessments and put together care plans.
