Adults First Response Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the First Response Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

The first response team is a fast paced team dealing with individuals that may have a range of complex needs. Within this team you will be screening referrals, working with other agencies across the service and carrying out face to face assessments. This team prides itself on effective team work. When being the first point of contact, the team ensures that there is a structured system in place to enable a smooth process.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Section 42. Experience of working in a fast pace team, hospital discharge, or community will be transerable into this team.
