Adult's Locality Social Worker

I am looking for an Adults Social Worker to join a Locality Team

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in an Adult's setting. You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it. It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). A valid Social Work England registration is required. Full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team

This team works with vulnerable adults over the age 18+ with the aim to support and update their care packages within the community. This team does have an exception to work with those within the community, reviewing over their cases and assessing whether they have the appropriate funds in relation to their care package.
