We are currently recruiting for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Sensory and Autism Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works to support people with sensory and physical disabilities as well as neurological diversities to access all necessary resources to. The team is driven to improve community inclusion for every service user to prevent isolation. Completing Care act assessments, creating support plans and reviewing care packages are all key responsibilities in this role.

About you

Experience within an LD specific team, specific work with autism is preferred and lends well to the type of work this team deals with. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are essential for this role.
