Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Working Age Mental Health Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience

About the team

This team works as a multidisciplinary service to provide appropriate support to those 18-65 with Mental Health concerns and their carers. Completing placement reviews, facilitating hospital discharges and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position. This is a solution focused, forward thinking team that aims to work with each indivual in a partnership to ensure best outcomes.

About you

Experience in a mental health setting (whether that be community based or inpatient) are experiences that lend well to this role. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience and a valid UK driving licence and car is essential in order to be considered for this role.

• Up to £38.00 per hour umbrella (PAYE payment options available also)
• £150 weekly expenses payment if living outside of West Sussex (£35.00 per hour umbrella rate if this is the case)
