Job description

We are looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join a Children's Duty and Assessment Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team assess, plan and implement safeguarding measures at a high level of complexity both within their own cases and support newly qualified social workers to ensure a high standard of care for all children cases. They undertake visitations, arrange reviews and report to the court. This also includes providing written and verbal reports analysing complex cases and evidence.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience working with children, their families and court work will aid in the effectiveness of the role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but would benefit.
