Approved Mental Health Practitioner

We are looking for a Approved Mental Health Practitioner.

ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE IN THE UK AS A SOCIAL WORKER.

About the team

You will be responsible for conducting assessments under the Mental Health Act 1983, ensuring that legislative requirements are followed through and where necessary, detention are met whilst upholding patient's rights. You will be liaising with GPs and key partners to develop and maintain multi - agency working.

About you

The successful candidate will have a qualification as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner as well good understanding of Mental Health act. You must also have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
