Key Responsibilities

Use your experience as an Assistant Head Teacher to contribute effectively to the school's leadership team.
Maintain and enhance your understanding of OFSTED requirements to help the school achieve an outstanding rating
Create a person-centered approach to motivate and support both staff and students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment
Exhibit a proactive 'can do, will do' attitude, driving continuous improvement across the school.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

A strong commitment to working with students who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, including those with trauma, attachment issues, and challenging behaviors.
Demonstrate clear vision, strong leadership, and effective management skills to inspire and guide teams toward achieving educational excellence.
Familiarity with integrating creativity into the delivery of the National Curriculum to support students in overcoming learning barriers
Solid understanding of the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and Independent School Standards.
