Children's Social Worker

I am looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a Children's setting. You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it. It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). A valid Social Work England registration is required. Full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team

In this team you will be handling complex cases comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence. Social workers should be able to practice restoratively with child and families and promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs. The team are passionate about helping and guiding vulnerable children in the community.
