Children's Social Worker

Gloucestershire County Council are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Looked after Children Team. Please note this is a Locum role.

Your responsibilities as a Children Social Worker:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and young people's needs.
• Develop and implement effective permanency plans for children and young people.
• Provide direct support and intervention to children, young people, and their families.

Requirements of you as a Children Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work Qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
• A valid Social Work England registration.
• A minimum of 3 years experience of working with children in care/care leavers.
• A valid UK Driving Licence and vehicle is preferred.

Location: Gloucestershire County Council

Umbrella pay rate: Up to £41 per hour
