I am looking for an experienced and Ambitious Children's Deputy or Team Leader to oversee a therapeutic children's home in Leeds. The Children's Deputy Manager role is paying a fantastic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
To be considered for the Deputy Manager role, you must have :
- Previous Ofsted experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience in a children's home
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
- Hardworking, resilient and a positive personality who is dedicated to a child focused practice
