Charles Hunter Associates are the leading recruiter in Social Services in Reading and one of the most reputable names in the UK. Due to our unprecedented growth as a result of our commitment to developing and nurturing our talent, we are looking to hire a Junior Recruitment Consultant.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your job will be a multi-faceted telesales role which includes finding and qualifying top talent, pitching opportunities and employers, interview preparation and closing job offers. Alongside this, you will be required to bring on new clients to recruit for.

Our Junior Recruitment Consultants are enrolled in our industry leading CHA Academy where you will learn and develop your Core Skills with our training team before putting what you have learnt into practice at desk. We have a case load of successful Junior Recruitment Consultants who are now our senior top billers!

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be offered the following

• Starting salary (£22,000 - £24,000)

Experience is not necessary but if you have worked in a telephone based position such as outbound sales, call centre or recruitment in another sector, you definitely have the advantage!
