Mental Health Support Worker - Offer confidential, one-on-one support and guidance to customers facing mental health challenges, ensuring their well-being.

Pay Rates - £10.42 PAYE / £13.92 Umbrella

Hours for you as a Mental Health Support Worker:

Monday - Sunday based on your availability.

• Flexible booking available.
• Ad hoc shifts.
• Usually 10-12 hour shifts.

Requirements for you as a Mental Health Support Worker:

• Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
• Strong understanding of mental health assessment and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to customer confidentiality.
