Practice Evaluation Officer

We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join The Practice Evaluation and Audit Team as a Practice Evaluation Officer.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works to ensure effective quality assurance, auditing and learning programme to improve quality of practice across the Children's Social Care services. A clear idea of service delivery strengths and weaknesses is key in order for continued service improvement. The team sits within the Quality Assurance service and works closely with the Social Care Academy and Children's Social Care Complaints team to identify required learning and development when it comes to individuals and the service as a whole.

About you

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with quality assurance and auditing procedures within Children's Social Care. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of five years' post qualification experience is essential to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving licence and car is preferred but not essential for this role.
