Charles Hunter Associates are the UK's leading Social Care and Social Work recruitment agency. Due to our success in the first half of 2024, we have some ambitious growth plans and we are looking for Junior Recruitment Consultants!

Recruitment requires no experience but you must have big personality, resilience to deal with rejection and being let down, emotional intelligence to read people and determination to win and succeed that doesn't stop.

We have a Resourcer opportunity available in our Reading office on our Development pathway where you will spend 6 months a Resourcer before transitioning into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.

The interview process will include (if shortlisted) a telephone screening followed by a competency based face to face interview.

As a Resourcer, you will be offered the following

• Starting salary £22,000 - £24,000
• Resourcer Commission Structure
• 10 Week Recruitment Training Academy
• 26 Days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays

In order to be considered for our Resourcer development opportunity, we do required the below :

• A Levels (C Grade and above)
• High work ethic - to be able to complete key volume based call and activity targets
• Positive mindset and Resilience - to be able to handle the ups and downs of recruitment
• Ambition and Determination - to be able to complete our training program and move through the progression pathway
• Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) - to be able to communicate effectively with our candidates and Consultants
• Ability to think on your feet - as you will be working with people, things can be unpredictable on the phone!
