Registered Manager - Adults with Learning Disabilities
Location: North London
Salary: £48,000 per annum

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? Our client, a well-established provider of high-quality care, is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee their service in North London.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered in line with CQC regulations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a person-centred approach that promotes independence and dignity for all residents.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and motivating the care team to deliver exceptional support.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and operational processes effectively.
  • Building positive relationships with families, carers, and external stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership position in a care setting.
  • A strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
