Job description
A family owned Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Registered Manager based in South London. This role is full-time and permanent and you will be based from home, and with office base once a week, near Lewisham.
The ideal candidate will have management and fostering experience in either a statutory or private sector background.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:
- Perform management, appraisal and development of services
- Staff development
- Developing and Managing all aspects of fostering
- Supervision & Allocation of workloads
- Contribution to Social Work training
Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid registration with Social Work England
- Significant experience of working within Looked After Children
- Experience of working within Fostering
- Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: South London (HOME BASED)
Salary: up to £62,000 per annum, plus monthly car allowance
