Are you an experienced and compassionate leader with a passion for improving the lives of adults with support needs? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operation of our Adults Supported Living Service in Ipswich.

Role Overview: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to adults with various support needs, including physical and learning disabilities. You will be at the forefront of providing personalised care and creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all individuals within our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the supported living service.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.

  • Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

  • Creating person-centred care plans and ensuring the delivery of individualised support.

  • Maintaining effective relationships with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders.

  • Promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment for all service users.

  • Leading quality assurance and monitoring systems to ensure consistent and high standards of care.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior management role within the adult social care sector.

  • Registered Manager status or willingness to obtain it.

  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of individuals.
