We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our clients Residential Childrens Home based in Waterlooville

About the team

Our client based in Waterlooville is a small independent childrens homes that supports young people with EBD and complex needs. The home promotes young people's independence and enhances on their activities and skill set through offering a stable home environment and encouraging activities in the community.

About you

Experience working in a residential childcare setting with children aged 11 years - 17 years is beneficial. Our client is seeking a Residential Support Worker who is enthusiastic and eager to engage with the young people in the home. We are seeking a Residential Support worker who can deescalate conflict in the home, promote independence and engage in activities such as football, cooking, and shopping in the community.

What's on offer?

From £11.44 per hour + holiday pay or £14.57 per hour Umbrella
Shifts: 7:30-21:00 long day
