Job Opportunity: Assistant Regional Manager
Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support a range of children's services, ensuring high-quality care and support.

Qualifications
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within children's residential.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of regulations related to children's services.
- Proven experience working with complex trauma and abuse cases.
