Senior Supervising Social Worker

About the team

This Independent Fostering Agency is a not-for-profit organisation, with an inclusive work environment where each person is valued. They have a child-centred culture and work hard to provide a sense of security, fulfilment and purpose. The team recruit, assess, supervise and support Foster Carers to maintain the best quality fostering service.

As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, the key responsibilities will be to lead occasional projects, run and deliver training and support groups, and take part in an 'out of hours' duty system (approximately 4 times a year).

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 4 years' experience is essential for this role. To be considered, you will need a strong background in Fostering or working with Children & Families. This is a home-working role; however it is essential you have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to attend training and visits.
