Job description

The service is a children's service which offers care and support to young people aged 8-18 who have Emotional Behavioural Disorders

On offer as a Senior Support Worker.

  • Starting salary of £27,000
  • Additional £70 per sleep
  • Overtime paid an at enhanced rate
  • Rota'd hours between 8am-11pm and alternate weekend working

The successful candidate must have

  • Experience working with young people in Childrens Homes, Care Leavers or Supported Accomodation
  • Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people, residential settings and developing independence
  • Emotional and Physical resilience as you will need to work with behaviours that challenge
