We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a Children's Home based in Kilwinning.

We are looking for an experience Senior Support Worker to support the high quality care and education for young people with Social, Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities.

About you

You will be Level 3 qualified in Residential Childcare with access to a full UK driving licence and vehicle due to the location of the service. You will be able to work shift patterns that include weekends, earlies, lates and potential long days. You will have the ability to manage shifts and make decisions in the absence of the leadership team to support junior members of staff to continue to provide the continuity of care for the young people.
