We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a Children's Home based in Birmingham.

We are looking for an experience Senior Support Worker to join an established children's care provider working within a person centred therapeutic enviroment.

About you

You will be an experience Level 3 qualfied Deputy Manager/Senior Support Worker who has expeirence working with Children and Young People. You will support the leadership team to lead, develop and maintain a well rounded service which will allow the young people to prosper in a safe and nurturing enviroment.
