Senior Support Worker
Position Location: Barnsley

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review and update care practices to align with the latest standards and guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive support plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure plans are effective and person-centered.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all risk assessments are up-to-date and reviewed regularly to reflect any changes in circumstances.
- Train and guide team members on risk management practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Strong understanding of audits, support planning, and risk assessment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
