Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Qualification: You must possess a Level 3 qualification in the Children and Young People Workforce.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience in working with children and young people with complex needs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
