I am looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Senior Support Worker to join a fantastic client of mine for one of their specialist services for adults with learning disabilities.
The Senior Support Worker will be working in a Residential Adult care home supporting service users with learning difficulties between ages 31-65 of both male and female based in Worcester.
The right person will be experienced in leading shifts and supervising staff, an excellent role model with a positive attitude.
The Senior Support Worker is a permanent full time role paying up to £12.30 per hour (equilivence of £23,025.20) working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
The Senior Support Worker must have
- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial post in adult social care
- Able to work mornings, evenings, 1 sleep in and weekends
- Passion for social care and positive attitude
