Social worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team supports children and young people with disabilities from birth up to the age of 18. These workers focus on building long term relationships with the children their families and require an understanding of their disability, how it affects their lives, and how they can support them through to adulthood. This will involve dealing with court cases and writing reports and assessments depending on the child's journey.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience working with children, their families and court work will aid in the effectiveness of the role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role.
