We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Adults' Review Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works with individuals that are aged over 18+, this team will support those within the community that may have LD, PD or MH difficulties or could be an older person. This team will conduct reviews over the indivduals cases, and carry out assessments/ hold MDT meetings where needed. This is a supportive and friendly team with a proactive approach to ensure the best for all indivduals.

You will be completing the necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care. A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.
