Job description

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Children's Locality Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team covers cases including children in need, child protection and PLO where they hold their assessments and undertake S47s as well as any court work that may be involved. They apply frameworks and signs of safety to tailor and develop specific care plans to address any risks or concerns they have for the child whilst also providing support to the whole family.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience working with children, their families and court work will aid in the effectiveness of the role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but would benefit.
