Supervising Social Worker

A 'Not for Profit' Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their team as a Supervising Social Worker, covering a caseload over the North East area.

This role is a full-time & permanent position.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

• Supervision and Management of carers
• Recruiting & Assessing prospective new carers
• Contribution to Foster Carer & Social Worker training
• Partaking in the out-of-hours duty rota

Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Social Work England registered
• Post-qualifying experience of 2 years
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North Shields

Salary Scale: £40,207.89 to £46,464.72 D.O.E
