Support Worker required to support our client based in Reading, Berkshire.

Our client specialising in supporting care leavers aged 16+ years in semi-independent living accomodation.

You must have full Right to Work, and be able to work 5 days per week.

You will be responsbile fora small case load of 5+ young people across Reading and duties will include;

Following Care Plans
1-1 work
Budgeting and handling petty cash
Shopping and meal prep with young people
Promoting independence
Attending appointments in the community
Liaising with Social Workers, Family and Friends
Responsible in planning your own week and appointments to accomodate young people

Hours:

Monday - Friday

9:00-17:00 / one day 10:00-18:00

Rate of Pay:

£11.44 per hour PAYE or £14.57 Umbrella
