💷 Pay: £12.21/hour (Mon-Sat) | £12.50/hour (Sun)

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our semi-independent living service supporting young people aged 16+. You'll be helping them develop the life skills and confidence needed to transition into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
Support young people with property viewings, move-ins, and move-outs
Assist with housing issues such as maintenance requests
Attend community appointments and offer practical support
Communicate effectively with external care professionals and services
Shift Times:
Flexible across Monday to Sunday
Typical shifts: 09:00-17:00 or 11:00-19:00
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in supporting individuals aged 16+
Passionate about empowering young people
A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential)
