💷 Pay: £12.21/hour (Mon-Sat) | £12.50/hour (Sun)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our semi-independent living service supporting young people aged 16+. You'll be helping them develop the life skills and confidence needed to transition into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people with property viewings, move-ins, and move-outs

  • Assist with housing issues such as maintenance requests

  • Attend community appointments and offer practical support

  • Communicate effectively with external care professionals and services

Shift Times:

  • Flexible across Monday to Sunday

  • Typical shifts: 09:00-17:00 or 11:00-19:00


About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in supporting individuals aged 16+

  • Passionate about empowering young people

  • A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential)
