We are currently looking for a Team Leader for a children's home based in Birmingham

As a Team Leader in a brand-new home dedicated to supporting children and young people aged 3-18 with learning disabilities, complex health needs, physical disabilities, attachment difficulties, and life-limiting conditions, your role is both challenging and rewarding.

You will be responsible for overseeing a compassionate and skilled team, ensuring that each child receives personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs.

This involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and facilitating their development and independence.

Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals, educators, and families are vital to provide holistic care.

By fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and inclusion, you will make a significant impact on the lives of these young individuals, empowering them to reach their full potential despite the challenges they face.
