Team Manager - Family Assessment Centre

We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Family Assessment Centre in the Southwest as their Team Manager.

About the role

An Independent Fostering Agency in the Southwest are looking for an experienced team manager to join their Family Assessment Centre. As the Team Manager you will have responsibility of staff management and supervision, which will include overall quality assurance of parenting capacity assessments. You will also have responsibility for the progression and quality of all the final parenting capacity assessments, which are submitted to the local authorities.

About the role

It is essential you have a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW), 3 years' experience in Children's Social work, and 2+ years within management. Previous experience in Fostering would be ideal, however we would consider candidates within Front-Line Services, Adoption, Child Protection, Children in Need and Looked After Children.

It is essential you have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
