Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for energetic, driven, and motivated individual to join our office in Reading Town Centre as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No experience is needed!

As a recruitment consultant, expect to work hard and get paid exceptionally well, with a clear career pathway for you to follow from day one alongside joining an already established desk with warm candidates and clients.

You will be working with existing clients on a warm desk to grow our market share and contribute to the success of the team, which will give you every chance to succeed and make money in your first 6 months!
