On December 9th, the Charles Hunter Associates team gathered to celebrate the successes of 2016, discuss the plans for growth in 2017, and reward some our excellent team members with awards before heading out to our annual Christmas party.

Consultant of the Year 2016

This award went to Jessica Molley, who was voted by the whole company as the winner. After one year in the business, Jess passed her apprenticeship in October and was promoted to Delivery Consultant at that time. Since then, she has placed around eleven candidates which is a huge achievement for a newly promoted and recently passed apprentice. It was this which secured her recognition for this award.

Newcomer of the Year 2016

Voted for by the management team at Charles Hunter Associates, the winner of this award was Marcus Burns. He joined as a graduate in March 2016, and has since managed to pass his probation one month early due to a stellar performance, and growing a desk of 26 locums. A massive achievement, and his work ethic is enviable to others.

Directors Choice 2016

As chosen by Managing Director Jonathan Wadsworth, this award went to the person he felt deserved special recognition for the year. Tom McKenna billed in excess of £260k for the year and secured himself as the highest biller in the business for four years running, which landed him as the winner of this one.
