We have some exciting news to share with you! Last Wednesday, the team at Charles Hunter Associates attended The Recruiter Awards for the first time. The awards are well-recognised within the industry, and we were lucky enough to be shortlisted for the Most Effective Compliance Operation.

As specialist recruiters for locum social workers, compliance is one of the most important aspects of our business. We have an obligation to promote and advocate the industry we serve and we have a responsibility to safeguard the vulnerable adults and children that our workforce care for, so to be recognised for the hard work that we do within our compliance operation was a great joy!

When the night came around we got dressed up in our best attire, headed over to the lovely Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, and got ready to let our hair down! We had a delicious three course meal, entertainment by the hilarious Henning Wehn, and socialised with other like minded people from our industry over a few tipples.

And then came time for the award announcements! Could it be that we'd land our first award?...
