Since graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Drama and Performance, I have spent the past two years building my career at Charles Hunter Associates. Recruitment appealed to me for its fast-paced environment and the opportunity to work within a supportive team. Over this time, I’ve developed key industry knowledge, strengthened my ability to build relationships, and grown both professionally and personally.

One of my biggest achievements has been successfully transitioning from a graduate into a confident and knowledgeable recruitment consultant. Navigating the challenges of starting a new career, meeting new people and continuously learning has been both rewarding and motivating.
