Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to work within a Connected Carers Team

This role requires a Social Worker to have a qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience

About The Team
The team provides a service to children in care or going through care proceedings to support their foster carers and connected carers. Responsibilities are to undertake assessments, attend court proceedings, maintain and update client records and complete regulation 24 reports. The team strives to ensure connected carers have as much support and access to resources as possible to ensure they are able to give the best care they can to the children and young people they're responsible for.

About you
Prior experience and knowledge of working within a connected carers, fostering or kinship team lends well to this role. It is essential to have a minimum of three years' experience and have a degree within social work (Degree/ DipSW/COSW). A valid UK driving license is essential to be considered for this role
