Fostering Assessments Social Worker

A Local Authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker for their Fostering Assessments team within the Fostering service in Northamptonshire. This is a full-time, and permanent position with some hybrid working.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Fostering Assessments Social Worker:

• Managing a caseload
• Mentoring to colleagues
• Fostering Assessments
• Working with the Signs of Safety approach
• Reporting to the Practice & Team Managers

Requirements for you as the Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Post qualification experience within Children's Social Work
• A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Salary Scale: £37,884 - £41,120 + benefits dependent on experience
