Duties of the Home Manager Are:
- Gain OFSTED Registration
- Contribute To The Leadership Of The Service
- Guide And Manage The Dedicated Staff Team To Ensure High Quality Of Care
- Manage The Financial Viability Of The Service
- Use Your Knowledge Of The OFSTED Regulations To Ensure Compliance Throughout The Service
- You Will Be Pivotal In Fostering A Person Centred Culture With A Focus On Providing Practical And Emotional Care
What We Need From You:
- Level 3 In Residential Childcare
- Level 5 In Leadership And Management Desirable/Willingness To Complete
- Experienced Of Manging A Team Within A Children's Residential Setting
- An Good Solid Understanding Of OFSTED Regulations And Relevant Frameworks
- Ability To Work Flexibly When Necessary
