Learning Disabilities and Transitions Senior Social Worker

A Local Authority is looking for Qualified Senior Social Workers for their Adult's Learning Disabilities & Transitions teams.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Social Worker:

• Caseholding
• Multiprofessional working
• Safeguarding
• Evidence based Practice

Requirements of you as the Senior Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience in Adult's Social Work post qualification
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: West Yorkshire (hybrid working)

Salary Scale: £33,819.96 - £41,496 dependent on experience
