Registered Manager

Are you currently a Registered Manager with CQC? Do you have a passion for working with complex Mental Health needs? If you have had prior professional experience with mental health conditions, this is a great opportunity for you! Location: Bexhill. Salary: £45,000 plus £5000 performance bonus.

The Registered Manager job will be managing a residential home for 15 adults with complex mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar, self-harm and personality disorders.

Requirements

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager (with inspection reports)
• Strong understanding of CQC quality standards, mental health and safeguarding and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication skills, staff leadership and attention to detail
