We are currently looking for a Registered Manager for a care home based in Birmingham

THe Care Home Manager is a crucial role focused on overseeing the smooth operation of a residential home for individuals with complex needs.

Holding an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, the right candidate will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage staff, ensure high-quality care standards, and comply with regulatory requirements.

A full manual UK driving license will be required and have the ability to travel for training, meetings, or emergencies, ensuring they can respond effectively to the needs of the home.

This role requires strong leadership, empathy, and problem-solving skills, as the manager is responsible for creating a supportive and safe environment for both residents and staff, while continuously striving to improve the quality of life for those in their care.
