Job description
Work for a company that has real heart!This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an award winning supported living provider, that has experienced successful growth in a short time frame, supporting vulnerable adults in Maidstone. Starting salary £36,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Requirements
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent OR great experience and willing to complete
- Provable track record of managing supported living services, working with adults
- Strong managerial skills with the passion and ability to build and lead high performing staff teams
- Driving licence
